3. Complaints?

We are committed to providing the highest levels of service. If you would like to bring a service error to our attention please e-mail our Customer Services Manager (customerservicesmanager@TravellersSOS.co.uk). We will endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

If this does not resolve your complaint you can write to the Head of Underwriting at UK Insurance, PO Box 300, Leeds LS99 2LZ.

UK Insurance are members of the Insurance Ombudsman Bureau, therefore if you are still not satisfied with your response from UKI you may contact the Insurance Ombudsman at City Gate One, 135 Park Street, London SE1 9EA.
