- WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

What information will I need to give you?
We
will ask for your name, address and e-mail address. We also
ask for some other contact details in case of an emergency,
and we ask for some security details, to confirm your identity
when you need to contact us.
We
don't ask you to register your card details. These would typically
be out of date within a short time of you registering them,
and are not necessary for the proper functioning of your policy.

Once I've registered with you do you pass my details on /
sell them?
No,
we will only use the information you give us for the purpose
you provided it. For example, we will use your home address
to send you your welcome pack, and your home e-mail address
to send you the regular newsletter and as our normal means
of communicating with you.
We
have a very strict privacy policy and we stand behind this
100%. We won't sell your data, and promise you that you won't
receive unsolicited mail (either online or offline) as a result
of providing your information to us.

Who will you give my information too?
We
will only use the information you give us for the purpose
you provided it. For example, we may give certain information
to your card issuers if you ask us to help you report your
cards lost or stolen.
In
order to provide the service to you it will be necessary to
share some of your information with third party subcontract
companies for a limited time (for example, in order to send
you your welcome pack). This data is held by them in a temporary
file and, once the service has been provided, is deleted from
their systems.
We
have a very strict privacy policy, which our subcontractors
sign up to. You will not receive unsolicited mail (either
online or offline) as a result of providing your information
to us.
